Our Dog First Aid Programmes all comply fully with The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and are approved by veterinary professionals with the programme content and materials being regularly reviewed and updated. We aim to not only teach you life-saving emergency dog first aid skills, but to instil the confidence in you to use these skills in real life scenarios that you could be faced with at any time.

These classes are hosted by Paws and Play and delivered by qualified vets. We aim to support you in learning about and understanding how to deal with :-

  • Vital Signs Shock
  • How to break up a dog fight
  • Road Accidents
  • Drowning
  • Burns and Scolds

The courses are suitable for canine professionals and dog owners alike. Successful completion of this half day course provides you with a Certificate of Attendance to confirm that you have trained in Dog First Aid and Emergency Canine Care, which is valid for a 2 year period.
