At-Home Manners & Obedience
A dog you can take anywhere. For adolescent, adult and rescue dogs who know a little and need it to hold up in real life.

How it works
Four steps, no surprises
We talk about your dog and what you want to change, and I recommend a plan.
Only if the phone call says we need it. $75/hour, two dogs max, charged separately.
Packages are purchased before the first session. Payment plans available.
Every session ends with homework, so you and your dog keep building between visits.

Recommended
Full Program
5 sessions, 45–60 minutes each
$500
Each skill gets the time it deserves: we introduce, practice, and build so your dog finishes with a solid foundation. Puppies and adult dogs alike.
Payment plan: two payments, billed at booking and again at week 3.
Core Program
4 sessions, 45–60 minutes each
$400
Covers the core skills from the full program at a quicker pace. A great fit if you're ready to practice independently between sessions.
Add-ons

$110 / session
Additional one-hour sessions, à la carte. In-home consultation before a program: $75/hour, two dogs max, charged separately from the program.
Training outside Chelmsford and its immediate neighbors (Lowell, Billerica, Carlisle, Westford, Tyngsboro) carries a $20 travel fee and a two-session minimum. Pet care has no travel fee.
AKC testing
Already trained? Get it on paper.
As an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, I can evaluate and certify your dog for these AKC titles.
Canine Good Citizen
The ten-skill test of everyday manners: greeting a stranger, walking through a crowd, staying calm around another dog.
Trick Dog
Novice through advanced titles for the dog who loves to perform.
Virtual Home Manners
An at-home manners title evaluated by video. Good for dogs who don't love a crowd.
Fit Dog Level 1
AKC's fitness title for active dogs and their people.
Testing is priced case by case, depending on the title and what your dog needs beforehand. Ask on the free call and I'll give you a number.
